Hose coming out of passenger side valve cover is not connected to anything
92 RS 305 TBI. It’s my understanding that this is either the pcv or ccv. I have read some forums and they say it should go into the throttle body somewhere or the intake manifold but I’m not seeing any open ports for it to connect to. The hose on the drivers side valve cover IS connected into the front of the throttle body, but this one is just hanging loose, open to the air of the engine bay. And by hose, I mean the plastic elbow that comes out the valve cover. It has 3/4” hose connected to it but it’s been cut by someone at some point and I would like to put it back where it’s supposed to go. My car is throwing a code 23 and before I change the IAT sensor, I would like to know if this is the culprit. If it can hang loose as is, fine, so be it. But it looks important. My car is bad on mpg and you can smell the rich fuel mixture. Runs just fine though, in terms of exhaust sound, temperature, and shift points. If someone could show me a picture of their properly routed tbi, or describe to me in idiot terms where I could find the port. I have looked all around, I’m sure I missed it or it’s been blocked off. Also, the plastic elbow doesn’t seem securely attached to the valve cover, I can spin it around and pull it up and down about an inch. I haven’t tried taking it out because I don’t want to break it. Thanks.

do you happen to know what that end piece is called thats on the air cleaner? as it sits right now, the hose is just pointed at the hole and there is nothing sealing the connection between the two.
