Runs like garbage when warm

Hey guys so I have a 1991 Camaro with the 3.1 V6. When I first leave my house in the morning it runs great for 5 to 20 minutes (great low end power and acceleration, good idle) until the engine temp gets up. After that it loses acceleration power and has idle surges/sometimes stalls. The big thing is when u hit the gas kind of hard it just has 0 power (haha yes i know its a v6 but its runs awesome when cold) The cooling fan also never comes on but I bypassed the sensor to make it work.

Things I've done so far -
O2 sensors
EGR valve
ignition tune up - plugs, wires, cap and rotor
fuel pump
all new injectors
cleaned throttle body opening by throttle flap
Coolant temp sensor in intake for ecm
and in regards to the fan i checked all relays and fuses. they are good.

Any help is greatly appreciated thanks guys!

-Nick

Are there any error codes stored?

Check engine light is not on. occasionally it will come on for a bit after driving for a while then go back off. I will use a jumper to read the codes.

Have you checked the timing? I had similar symptoms on a TBI 305, replaced damn near every sensor and tune-up part on the car before thinking to double check the timing that my co-worker set it at (which was wayyyyy off).

No I haven't messed with the timing at all. might be a good idea to look into. Just dont understand why it runs perfect when cold.

My car did the same thing before I set the timing correctly. Ran fine until it warmed up.

heat affects ignition control module. Been a problem for me more than once! When all else looks correct it's the first thing I change. Use correct lube when installing or it will fail quicker then it normally does
