Engine Flush

Anyone gotten an engine flush recently? If so what kind, Where, how much, is it worth it, any notable differnce.

I use the AMSOIL engine flush whenever I come across an engine that hasn't been treated to synthetic oil. It does make a difference getting all that sludge & varnish loosened up that's been left behind by petroleum oil.

It's less than $5 for a single treatment. Check the Yellow Pages under "Oils, Lubricating" or similar catagory if you can't find it on the shelf anywhere.

doesn't synthetic do a good job at eventualy flushing the engine some As well as keeping it cleaner??
