92RS Partial electric power loss?

My car has been sitting for years and now that I have time to work on it I can't get it to start.
It ran fine when I parked it in a covered barn but it did have a bad head gasket, anyway I just put a new battery in it, cleaned old wire terminals but when I turn the key I get nothing.
No idiot warning lights come ON like they should but the Hvac fan does come on strong.
All the fuses look and test good and no signs of rodent chewing or nests.
Any suggestions on what other stuff to check on a car that's been sitting?

Are you getting power to the dash? Time to start tracing power leads. Go from the battery, to the starter, then to the C100. I bet some critters had a snack.

Yep, mice built a nest under the relays and had a field day on the relays wires on the drivers side firewall.
I'm sure I'll find more but what would be the best fix for this? A new harness or a solder and heat shrink fix?
And are any new harnesses being built anywhere now?

Mice damage

I hate to be the bearer of good news, butt ... you're just gonna have to examine EVERY SINGLE WIRE in that car, and find where it's fornicated, and fix it, before doing any "troubleshooting". Not sure why you're even bothering posting crap like this on the Internet when there's NO WAY IN HELL we out here can guess what's been chewed on.

I have MANY good friends among rats, and others in low places; butt I can't tell what's been eaten in your car. You're just gonna have to do your own work on that one.
