Motor seized after trying to start

Hey y’all this is my 84 camaro, just recently tried to start it and encountered a problem. It turned over fine for about 2-3 seconds then started slowing down and now the starter won’t even turn it over just clicks. Removed the starter thinking it was that but the enjine seemed to be locked up since I wasn’t able to to turn it over with the crank bolts. Kinda in a hard spot right now, it’s a 383 stroker with a t5. It’s a brand new motor so I really don’t think it’s something with the motor but I don’t really know where to start looking. I’m thinking it’s something that fell around the clutch thats not letting it turn over. Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated

Take the spark plugs out and see if it'll turn then. Take the belts off, I've seen accessories freeze up and lock up an engine.
