89 fb 350tpi won’t run without starting fluid

Car will start with starting fluid but will stall as soon as it drys out.
it sat for about 10 years before I bought it which I have replaced fuel pump and have verified I’m receiving 60-80lb at fuel rail.
injectors are all pulsing and have cleaned few of the plug(changing them with new soon)
anything else I should pay attention to before I pull fuel rain and buy a rebuild kit ?

I’m surprised you have such high fuel pressure.
replace the regulator and injectors and report back.
if you have a noid pulse there varnished shut. Sk24 standard motors rail o-rings or source everything but the pump at southbay fuel injectors.

If there a grey body multec injector it’s a wasted effort to keep them alive . The regulator has to be sticking shut to get 80psi at the rails or there an obstruction in the return line .

when I crank it jumps to 80 then bleeds down to 60/70 typically rest around 62 but it is a cheap guage so not 100% on accuracy. Cheap enough bleeder don’t always release the pressure without a few clicks but definitely getting gas as I do get a spray when I depress shrader valve.
would clog in regulator/return line cause an issue with starting since regulator is on return line?

The increased fuel pressure would cause higher fuel flow.

I used a test light to verify all injectors was firings via electrical of wire so thinking it’s the injector gummed up
will starts after sitting but instant stall and back to needing starting fluid
had small life issue so didn’t get a chance to work on it more hopefully have her up and running soon
