I hate that most EVERYTHING in about EVERY STORE , comes from China or another Third World country. I HATE the fact that America's Industrial Base, has been decimated. Without said Industrial Base, a major World War can not be one.

That a very significant amount of our MEDICINES come from one of the our and the free worlds biggest threats...China. I hate that weather through Malice, or carelessness, CHINA released a virus, that killed and maimed millions of people and damaged world wide manufacturing.

That some US States response to the virus was to mask children and keep them out of classrooms, for up to YEARS. Also, that CHINA works children and political prisoners, to near death. I hate that CHINA's goal is world domination.

Above needs to be dealt with by the US Federal Government.

But I am asking if anyone recognizes the linked engine block and cylinder heads, not wanting a political discussion.

 

They look like random, stock photos of SBC Gen 1 engines, but I wouldn't bet on any consistency. Compare the photos of the timing chain area and you'll see two different designs.

 

I just clicked on one of these links and watched the "manufacturing video". Oof. Looked like a machine shop snuff flick. No reason to source one from Chinesium when there are millions here that are readily available and or rebuildable.
