Dragy is the go-to in-car performance meter now. https://dragymotorsports.com/

Can you get and idea of Horsepower/Torque from them?

As far as I know the Dragy doesn't estimate horsepower.

Re: Is G-Tech still around?

Dynolicous measures hp and plots you some nice graphs. You can even measure your shift interval.

Re: Is G-Tech still around?

I watched a video of someone using a dragy at a track and it was pretty much spot on with the Et and MPH.

Re: Is G-Tech still around?

Torque Pro will use your phone's accelerometer to measure ... acceleration. You tell it what your car weighs. From there, it will calculate the power numbers reasonably accurately. Costs about $5.

Re: Is G-Tech still around?

I use draggy and it's quite accurate!

What I like is, you can practice your launch only and it will still log your 1/4 mile as you continue on at slow speed. So you don't have to worry about law enforcement or pushing the engine all the time. Even if 1/4 mile is very slow on purpose, I still get the 60 foot.

Here's an example of full on 1/4 mile on street. They are from different passes. One is 0-60, other one is 1/4 mile

I have not used it simultaneously at the track but it is very close to what I do at track. I vary +/- 0.3s and +/- 1.5mph at track anyway depending on air and launch. Next summer I plan on using it at the track and maybe post results.

My best so far at track
