GTech gave me 15.2 @ 99!!?? wtf?
check out my mods below. i ran it on Gtech last week and it gave me a 15.20 @ 99. Seems to me the car shouldn't be that quick. I know youre supposed to add 2 tenths to that, but thats still a 15.40? wtf?

Sounds about right to me...
I'm not Camaro expert though. That's a 305, right? Sounds right to me. 200 something horse? 250-290 lbs/ft? Yes. sounds right.
I'll probably get a Gtech sometime in the future, but if I were you, I would perform several other tests as well.
1) If you have a place that you know is a 1/4 mile, run it and time yourself.
2)Use the little calculater test.
3)Run it a few more times on the Gtech.
Granted these are all either hokey or no iron clad, but if I got the same results...I think that it would be more convincing for you. It would be for me. Hell, I'm convinced anyway.
#1 way to know for sure is to get it to a track. Which can be difficult enough...

I ran a 15.32 @95mph.. Be sure the road is flat and it's in the center of the windshield.
But that will change by Friday or so.

G-Tech is pretty damn accurate. I was just at the track last night. I did five passes, all with the G-Tech running. Two of the passes were dead on with my time slips. The worst one was only off by .18 . The mph was consistently 3 - 4 mph faster according to the G-Tech, but it tells you right in the instruction manual this will happen.

Well, then I'm definitely getting one. I was just spouting off hearsay.
I'm not getting one until my cars have got a few things done though. Otherwise it won't tell me what I want and could hurt my feelings.

When I started reading it I thought you were going to be dissappointed. Stock a 305 should run mid 15s and with your mods you should be low 15s like your g-tech indicated. If you still
have doubts do what Abel Kane said just to be certain and/or
take it to the track.

Mid 15's stock? I wish! When i had my camaro, Lo3, Flowmaster, i went to the track and my best was a 16.1. I had good reaction time, the air was good too. I don't know. My buddy has a stock 92 RS and cant break into the Mid 16's. His best has been a 16.80. But he cant drive either.

G-techs are only as accurate as the data you give them. If you don't have it balanced perfectly and don't have a perfectly flat, straight road, your results will not be accurate. That said, I ran 15.2 @ 94 on the gtech one time I tried it and ran 14.6 @ 95 the next day at the track. I know I screwed up.
