Trick flow head recomendation

Hello All,

I have a square body not a 3rd gen but frequent here for the knowledge.

I am chasing a small coolant leak and thought while I had the motor apart I would swap my TBI head for a set of trick flows. I run AFR, edelbrock and TF on other builds so I am open to something other than TF.

The motor is a 5.7 (9.4 CR) with the TBI head. Voodoo cam 237/454 207/213 @.050. It runs well now and lives under 3500 rpm. Tows at 2500-3000. That said,,, Looking at TF they have a 56 cc/175 and a 62 cc/195. Anyone run either of these and have insight. 56cc would put me ~10.3CR and 62 ~9.6 CR At lower RPM was there any improvement?

I have considered installing a 454/468 213/219 voodoo but do not want to move the RPM up much.

Any advise is appreciated.

Thanks,
Chris
