ENGINE BAY CLEAN UP DISCUSSION
ENGINE BAY CLEAN UP DISCUSSION
hello everyone. Looking for ideas, inspiration, thoughts. I have my freshly rebuilt 355 with my tpi intake that will be going back into my car within the next few weeks and while everything is apart I thought it would be a good time to start to think about how to clean up my engine bay. I have re painted my engine bay the factory black. EGR and smog have also both been removed.
I have seen in other threads of people switching there 3rd gen windshield wiper fluid res. And rad overflow res. to the 4th gen’s and they are able to hide it under the shroud in the front of the car. Making more room in the engine bay.
I’ve also seen a photo of what looked like a smaller aluminum version of the reservoirs mounted in the factory locations.
I was also thinking about tucking my pcv hoses along the inner side of my new valve covers (the new valve covers are slightly taller)
If you have photos of your finished engine bay please post so I can see/gain inspiration for what I’d like to do.
Thanks everyone!
