I have a stock 430 HP crate LS3 with 4000 miles on it. All new parts in the build including new gas tank and fuel pump. On the dyno, they noticed it losing fuel pressure at WOT (it’s fine just cruising). We replaced the fuel pressure regulator and determined the factory fuel lines and rail are sufficient. Going to replace fuel pump next but want to get the best quality possible so this doesn’t happen again. I see Walbro 255 as a popular choice but found this Deutschwerks DW200 that looks like good quality. What is recommended for best quality?

Will a stock LS3 pump fit in your tank? If it will, that's what I'd use.
Thanks for the help, sofakingdom! So I guess stock is AC Delco? It seems like Walbro might’ve been used as well.
What pump are you running now? A Walbro 255 should work but you'll be at the upper limits of it. If you ever make more power you'll need more pump. I'd suggest a walbro 450 or an Aeromotive 340. Both of which can support around 700hp N/A.
Aeromotive makes a stealth drop in pump/sender combo. Its what I used in my car.

I'm running their whole set-up which has worked really well so far. Originally Posted by Firechicken82

Which would be best? I do plan to build up the engine after I get other things settled but that’s realistically a couple years away.
One of the guys who did the original install thinks it’s a Walbro now. Maybe the GSS341BX.

Contact them directly. At the time bought mine the 340 was the largest that they offered. Its plenty for up to 600 hp. Their kit comes with the tank, their sending unit and pump. Its a nice unit.Originally Posted by Lightmyfire

Theres 2 pumps available, the 340L is the larger one. It's good up to 700ish hp. You can buy the sender w a tank or without. They come w spectra tanks. I used their filters and regulators as well. They use 6an lines. I have a small supercharger running 10lbs of boost and the setup has worked well.
Thank you all for the help! Going with the Aeromotive 340 & the tank access door to make this job easier in the future.
Good call on the access door. I wish i did one when I did mine.
