Gounds on back of driver side head

Hes my problem, after A dam near restoration of whe whole car I went to turn onthe ign to kick the fuel pump on to see if I had pressure. Well the pump didnt kick on, So i moved aroudnt he wires on the back of the head and made them tighter and now the pump kicks on. Are these grounds in conjuntion with the FP? Thanks

The ground for the pump is actually at the tank, but the ECM and various other stuff (like probably the relay) ground on the engine at the back of the heads. That was probably it.

At least one of the grounds on the back of the heads are directly related in some way to the fuel relay I couldn't get the engine to start in my car for the same reason. I had missed 2 of the ground wires on the back of the head and the fuel relay wasn't kicking on.
