car trouble. Error 23

Error code 23 is the TPS, but I just replaced that as well as a new fuel pump, Ignition control module, O2 Sensor and a MAP. I wake up in the morning, to find my car is running fine, take it out and then the check engine light will come on, I push the gas and it seems to only push the car till a certain percentage of throttle is applied then it will stop pushing, even if i continue to add more throttle at the same time. I have no idea whats wrong, my TPS is brand new. And whats weird is, the light is still on, I take it back home, then a few days later I start it up the light may be on, Ill drive it maybe, and then the light will go off and it drives fine, but I notice that if I apply the brake and gas at the same time the light will come on, or if I WOT it from first and/or any gear I think, the light will come on, this is pissingmee off I need help.

Have you tried readjusting the new tps itself? If so what was your voltage reading from it at wide open throttle?

I think Ill test the voltage today, what is the correct voltage? How would I test it at WOT? Usually I can WOT in park but I cant when Im driving. Also, how would I "adjust" the TPS?

Would a wire not being grounded properly be the problem?

The tps voltage should be tested/adjusted with the ignition key on, but the car not running. The proper voltage reading for no throttle (idle) is between 0.54 and 0.56. When you can get that set, and tightened down move the throttle while observing the readings on your voltmeter. You should see a nice even rise and fall in the readings...

Hope this helps, i think there may be a tech article on this here on the site if you need a better explanation of things.
