Back spacing for WELDS Pro Star light weight rims?

Hello everyone,
My question,
what is the correct back spacing using an 15X8inch rim for 10 inch tires to fit nicely under a third gen (model # for rim would be really helpful) & what size "skinny" rim & front tire is adequate for street use? My goal is to run high 11s at about 115-118mph in the quarter. I also need to drive the car every day except for snowy or serious rainy conditions, so i need a very sticky street tire.
thanx in advance.
