#1. Sometimes my cruise control just shuts off going down the road and when I tap the gas pedal, it wakes up and starts working again. Sometimes it won't wake up and I just go without.

#2. Twice now, I've pulled off of the interstate and the cruise stays on. When I down shift, it just revs higher. I even manually shut the cruise off at the turnsignal lever and it stays on. Today I got the car totally stopped and it sat there at 3200 rpm. I actually at to shut the car off and restart it. I pulled right back on the interstate to see if it would do it again and it worked fine.

I've looked at the vacuum lines and they seem to be ok unless I missed something.

The cruise works most of the time and just started acting up out of the blue.
