I had the Accel kind, but the tips kept coming loose that connect to the plug, and I've heard many others having the same problem. I just use regular length now.

I'm another guy using regular Bosch platinums. I'm using the ones specified for stock L98 Corvette heads, with SLP 1 3/4" headers.

I think i have some reg. NGK plugs with edelbrock headers #1 cylinder is extremely tight, I have to hand thread a good amount before I can get the socket on w/that rubber insert thing removed.

I have splitfires with my Hooker comp. and have no problems, did have to change all my wires to 90* boot angles though.
