Problem with heater

I am having a problem with my heater. When I move the lever to heater, I can hear the fan, but no air comes out from anywhere. All of the other settings are working fine. What is the problem?

305,

Make sure the vacuum line from the intake is connected to the HVAC controls. If there is no vacuum to the ported vacuum switch in the , all air should default to the defroster outlets. You should be able to hear the vacuum servos trying to move the air doors when you change positions from HEAT to AC to DEFROST, etc.

I don't think that is the problem, because when I have that on any other setting, it comes out of where it is supposed to.
