hi my friend has and 85 z28 350 carb. and his valves tap very loud after a couple minutes you can tell some of the valves stop tapping but some still do on the passenger side, the drivers side dont. please help me could it ce from not getting enough oil

if the oil pressure is fine..then usually that's not the case...try to tighten down the valves slightly...before u bend a valve.
