Wierd Problem ... need advice
I am looking at buying an 87 IROC with a LB9 TPI in it... but .. it is not running at the moment.. the person i might buy it from said "it fouls the plugs and pressurizes the gas tank" 
What could be the problem .. any ideas? they also said that they put in all new engine sensors and computer .. thanks matt

Make sure the ventilator is opening allowing more air to come in. Is the gas tank pressurizing or are you getting vapor lock??
