Any GM tech...Have book time ?'s

Any GM techs or service managers,
I am trying to figure out what the published labor time is for a PCM reflash on my 96 Caprice. Under the air pump delete TSB, the "labor operation" is listed as J6355. What is that? The description is "powertrain controller-reprogram-on car" and the labor time says "Use published labor times". Does this refer to the "J6355" labor operation? Any help would be appreciated as the local dealer said $130-150 for the PCM reflash
I can't imagine it being more than .25 hours
Thanks anyone

All i can tell you is that we usually charge 0.7 hours for a PROM recalibration at my work. Yeah, it only takes about 5-10 minutes to do, but that's the way it is.

0.7 hours is roughly $50.
