Better throttle responce with this?...

I was recently looking at the Summit Racing catalog. BTW the front cover says, Spring Dreaming?... I was like Hell Yeah! Anyway, on page 134, theres this thing that plugs into your throttle position sensor. Its made by Caspers's Electronics. It states it will eliminate annoying hesitation when you mash down the throttle. It also states it reprograms your engine computer to advance timing and increase air/fuel delivery when throttle is above 70% open. Eliminates hesitation and gives instant throttle responce. Its 90 bucks.

So whatcha guys think? Is it worth it? Anyone ever tried it?

in theory it should work fine, but after working on programming and learning more about it, it's not something i'd recomend.

The only thing it will do is empty your wallet. There is no value in trying to trick the ecm sensor readings. This topic has been beat to death on both the TPI and PROM boards if you want more information.
