5.56 or 5.7 rods?

Axle/Gears: 3.73
5.56 or 5.7 rods?
Im building a stroker motor for my 91 camaro. Im all set and ready to go except for one thing, i dont know if i have the 5.56 rods or the 5.7 rods. Is there any way to tell the difference? Im ordering doom top pistions and i dont want to get the wrong ones. Anyone help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, danny
