after smog pump removal should you put the top bolt back in ,the one that goes into the head............for purposes of strengthening the ac bracket? i was thinking when i get aftermarket heads i doubt they will have this hole in it.....wondering what you guys have done and if you ever have a problem with that bracket coming loose..........

I forgot to put that bolt back in my car, when I took the AIR off and did not have any problems. Though I did put it back when I realized it was missing about a year later. The heads you order should be drilled for all acc. bolt holes and at the very least you can request it.
