Electrical Problem!!!!
I need some help here guys. While running, all of my lights seem to flicker some and my amp gauge bounces around a lot. It is not the alternator, as I have already replaced it. I do not know what it could be.

Ringmaster,
Connections, connections, connections. Start at the battery, check the starter positive terminal, fuse panel, and don't overlook the ammeter (if that's what you truly have). Since all load and charging current passes through an ammeter, and poor connection there will cause your symptoms.

Im sorry Vader, it is a volt meter(autometer). So I guess I will check all of my connections and hope for the best. I just replaced the starter and the car did this before so I think those connections are good. Any others in particular? Thanks for the help.

Ring,
There are several high current connections that I can think of. Other than the obvious ones at the battery cables and starter, there are the fusible links at the starter, the power connection at the alternator, the grounding node on the inner fender, the positive power node near the battery, the ground connection on the block, the ground connection on the subframe rail, the power distribution bus in the fuse panel, and the ignition switch. I know that's a lot to check, but if you systematically eliminate them one at a time, you should get closer to the problem.
The fact that the lights themselves are "flickering" would probably eliminate the ignition switch, but the rest are valid.
