is there anyway to put 93 valve covers on a 84? right now they dont fit....there are little raised areas on the heads that dont let the covers fit properly......is there anything i can get or do to make them ?

 

They wont work. Didnt you notice the 84's were perimeter and the 93's were center bolt. how did you expect to bolt them up even if you got them to fit?

 

I'm not sure what you're talking about. Can you give us a better description of what's in the way? If they are stock '93 valve covers, they are center bolts, like the other guy said, and won't fit.
