OK, got a vibration at 1000 - 1300, goes away until 2000-2500, causes dash to shake up and down. Does it in neutral, in the driveway, and on the road when moving, so it is not driveline.
Looked at torqu converter, it looks like it is true.
When the engine shakes, it looks like the harmonic dampener is out of round?
The dampener was new with the engine. I have a new fluidamper I am about to try.

Any other suggestions

I would check the rubber on the motor mounts and make sure they are still good. Also your flywheel could have kicked a weight

 

Thanks for the response, unfortunately, new mounts, and new flexplate when engine installed. ( By dealer ).
