I don't run vette L98 heads, but to run those heads and keep the EGR you will need to plumb a tube off the headers or manifold to use with a remote mounted EGR valve..... You will need to plumb the EGR feed line into the intake as well.
I would really guess that most guys just run without EGR and disable the EGR diagnostics in the PROM.

The TPI base for the Vette aluminum head version of the L98 has provisions for the external exhaust tube with the EGR valve located in the same place as the 3rd Gen version of the L98.
You do need to run that external tube from exhaust manifold to base, though.
