Cruise control

Ok here is one of those dang-it parts of a swap. I have a 91 RS with TBI and I am swapping a ported CFI intake into it. My problem is the cruise control. The stock cable is way too short. The factory CFI cable is long and loops around the front ( 'cuz the TBs are backwards vs. TBI ). Can I just swap cables or if I can't do that can I swap complete setups between 82' and 91' ?

I would guess you could just exchange the cables from the cruise servo to the TB.

I'm not even going to ask why you are switching to CFI....

Hehe, thanks Vader. Why am I switching? Cuz' I live in Houston, we crazy Houston guys love CFI . Seriously though, I picked up the entire setup cheap ( less than an aftermarket TBI intake ) so I'm porting it and installing it along with a bunch of other goodies. I am not however, swapping the ancient CFI computer in.
