PCV Valve???

I was reading another post and I wanted to check on something, on my PCV valve there is some fresh oil near the tip of it, is this normal?

Yes. As long as it "rattles" and you can feel a vacuum when you put your thumb over it, it's okay.

Yep it rattles, I haven't tried the thumb thing though, it's fairly new, I just wanted to make sure that was normal, thanks for the answer.
