89 GTA cold start

Ok I have an 89 GTA. Whenever I start it cold it dies.....I have to keep accelerating so it won't die. After 4 or 5 minutes when it is warm its runs fine. Where do I start?!?! thanks in advance.

when was the last tune up perfomed on the GTA? you can check for codes. it could be a temp sensor or an o2.... or a dirty fuel filter? more details on the maintenace history please.

Do you have any check engine lights? I would try to clean ur IAC which is on your throttle body and check your TPS. Try adjusting the minimal air. Look in the tech article for this, but if its not that it is proly your CTS sensor.
