moped race

This is kind of a dumb story, but I laughed my *** off:
When I came home today ther were 3 kids on mopeds sitting across the street talking. One of them went down the street, and the other two lined up. I started laughing then, but when i saw how patheticaly slow they both were, I laughed much harder. I swear I could have taken them both on a normal bike. i don't even thing they broke the speed limit.

Dumb story. Have you seen the new commercial where Jason Sehorn, Micheal Johnson, and a Horse (lighting) are all racing on foot and out of nowhere Andretti comes along in his NASCAR car and smokes them all. Well, you should have done that, got out your 92 and came screaming by to show them just how pathetic the race was. Then it would have been a better story.

You know, I heard some guy raced a 4-cyl mustang on foot once. The race was from a dead stop, one telephone pole to the next. The guy running won. Somone on this board did it! Who was it?

I dunno man, you can make some major power on a rotary if you know what you're doing. But I'm not the expert here, I'll let RX7 handle this.

street trim and 500-600 hp is not too hard to come by and that should push you into the low 10 range

I usually dont give mopeds any respect (GET OFF THE ROAD!! hahha) but once I was on the freeway in the fast lane cruzing @ 65 mph and a moped passed me on my right. He must have been going @ least 70 mph. Very Crazy!! And down @ tracks I've seen mopeds run mid 14 second 1/4's ... not that fast but faster than stock 305's (like mine!) and most imports!!

at firebird (the local race track) we have full sized guys ( some pushing 300 lbs) riding mini bikes like you would buy for your 10 year old kid or something..... now that is just crazy
