i dont think that 305s suck.......they can make good power if the parts are choosen right, on the same hand, i dont think hondas suck.but i do think both yall need to stop bench racing, get some slips and post them here, and we will see who is fastest.

 

how old are u people with the 305's? 17? cause i learned my lesson buildin a 305. it will definetly not last long and it is definetly a waste of money. the 350;s are more reliable and u can make em quick for a cheap price. o and belive me i was there when my freind ran his 79 camaro at the track and also got raped by the civic.yeh we all hate losing , dont hate cause we are right and yur not. grow the **** up and do alot more research about 305's and civics that do 13's.just cause u hate ricers or imports dont automaticly make every import slow. dont make me help snjracer trailor down his civic and show u guys whats up. cause we will be more then happy to take yur money

With those numbers his car would weigh around 3300 lbs, so this car is nowhere near gutted.

u need 400 hp or more to get into mid 13;s my freind has been there with his 85 z,he even told me personaly. he had a erly 70's 350 with inake carb,full custom exhaust and suspension work done and 4:10 gears i belive, his best was a 14.1.with a fully built 355 on motor he went 12.5 or 12.6 i forget. 450-510 hp i belived that had
