First real street race....sort of

Aside from just goofing around with a few friends, i was on my way home from the local cruise nite. I wasin front, my friend in his 90 iroc 1le, and behind him was my brother in his 82 z. I get to the light and see this chic that works with my G/F. She has an 02 Accord V6. Just for fun we decide to race on green. Brought the car up to about 1700 RPM's and nailed it on green, spun the tires through the intersection, i look in my rearview to see my buddy in his iroc doin the posi shuffle past her as well.

All i have to say is the car responded really well. I was very suprised with the fact that i have no engine mods aside from an open element filter and exhaust. Now i cant wait to get the 91 back from the body shop.

Later guys.

so which car did you run with? I got from your story the one '91 is getting fixed, so i guess you ran with the '86. Good job though. i hope she didn't think she could beat you.

She said she didnt know if she can beat me. Well now she does.

Yeah it was with the 86. The 91 (my baby) is gettin painted. Hopefully in a week she'll be rollin. Then i can get back to modding that one. Now she wants to go up against me in her friends prelude. (when will these kids learn?)

I told her next time we go to the track. I dont want to push my luck street racing.

Do camaros come with sunroofs as well as T-tops? I've seen some hardtop Camaros with sunroofs and they all seem to be the same type of sunroof

well my brother is on vaction so ill try and help with questions and whatnot. and no camaro's never came with sunroofs. it was a dealer option only. non came from the factory with a sunroof. but the sunroof on my brothers 91 it is a very good install. doesnt leak at all and its a power sunroof also.
