going to the supermarket last night, traveling on one of the main roads (4 lanes on both sides) well traffic is kind of heavy I'm just crusing. and a guy in a hatch back civic buzzes up and runs right next to me. you can make your own conclusion as to how this thing looked. well he rides next to me for as few seconds looks at me and zips ahead. I pull in behind him. the traffic here is full so there is nothing to do. a spot opens up for him and he punches it. I was about three car lenghs behind him at this time, so I didn't do anything, 1, its a waste of gas to pass him when he is doing 70 and I am doing 100. 2, there are alot of cops running radar on this road, so I'll let him have the ticket.
well guess what happens at the next light? yup we line up side to side. well this guy has rims on the back wheels and maybe some drag radials on the front (maybe??) well I shift down to first gear, (maybe this dumb guy might be spraying or something) well light turns green, I hit the gas, wheels spin, I get them to hold and punch it (there goes the gas) well buy the time I'm getting ready to shift to 2nd I am already a car and a half in front of him ( i hear him chirp a gear) I say screw this, and I shut it down. next light I get into the far left turn lane and he buzzes buy on the far right lane.
don't they ever learn?
buy the way this guy pissed me off because he had a west coast chopper sticker on the back of his car, I know a little ****- ant like that could not buy a $70K bike.

that's funny. i had a similar scenario two night ago. an eclipse and civic were toying with each other and tried to get me involoved. i backed off and contained myself and sure enough there were two cops wit ha radar a mile ahead . i am very responsible with my car now.

 

Well i'm glad you didnt have the ***** mentality to fly by him at 100. thanks for saving lives. Yea in chicago the big scene is imports and civics are of course common. I dont know why those civics think think they are fast either but i'll race them at a light for sure.I cant help but feel its my duty as a 350 owner to put them in their place. However i dont weave in and out of traffic like speed racer....
