Old Daily Driver vs. New Daily Driver

Ok guys, I know this sounds lame, but my Trans Am vs. my newest acquisition, the Bliznazer (Blazer, just in ghetto terms). The Blazer has the 4.3L engine, auto, 106,000 miles and the curb weight is 4100lbs. The Trans Am is around 3400 i think. I believe my car has at least 200hp now and like 280 torque. The 4.3 in 1995 put out 190hp and 250 ft. lbs. So just by these number I would think that with more power and less weight it would be all Trans Am, but I heard not to underestimate the 4.3L Chevy. It's called the "350 with two less cylinders." Well the Trans Am has two more cylinders, so everything looks like it will be a win for the T/A. Mods are in the sig. What do the blazers run stock, and how fast can these 4.3s get? I heard there are a lot of cheap mods you can do, besides the intake, exhaust stuff. Thanks.

The 4.3 does have the same dimensions as the 350 with one less cylinder, but it is not as quick. And with the weight, it wont stand a chance,

No one knows any stock times? I know it is probably rare to see one at the track or see the times online. The Blazer feels pretty quick, and it has posi, with I believe 3.73s. It's got some pickup.

Only if you run the Camaro one last time Ian. You have to do that before you sell it.

I won't know until after I get out of school in two weeks. Then all I need to do is hop on I-95S and I will find out about any type of governor

Yea, i doubt 15s very highly. The car weighs 4100lbs, and with only 190hp and 106,000miles, it would be more like high 16s I would think.
