How fast are 95 LT1's?

It has a T56 53K miles, awesome condition, spintech exhaust is only mod. How would my 88 LB9 Auto do against it? Would it rape me? What do LT1's run?

LT1s usually run low 14s/high 13s.

The LT1 has got the win. A well kept LB9 will usually run a low 15 with a high 14 being a good time. The LT1 will usually run a very low 14 ot high 13, and with his exhaust it is safe to assume he would be consistent 13s.

Nice going, I wouldn't mind owning two Mustangs or even getting an LT1, but I too am 18 and here in New England we need winter vehicles, so that is out of the question! And there is no way at this age I am getting a third vehicle.

Only way you will win is if the LT1 misses a shift, but I bet he'd be able to catch up and pass you.
I used to own a modded 96 Trans Am 6 speed, all bolt-ons, and it will take out LS1's on the street from a dig or slow roll.


My old carbed LG4 305 converted to TPI would give that 95 LT1 a run though,

I ran a lt1 TA auto. I kept within 1 car length to about 50mph were I ran out of gas
