Well, we dont have too many 1600 hp street cars, but we have LOTS of 600-700-800-1000+ hp street cars. Bunch of mid to low 9 second Mustangs. Few 9 second Fbodies, and a lot of good imports (Supras). I am sure we can find a cocky 25 year old with a turboed Mustang to run you!

Notice the 6 point cage? I'd assume it's still in the double digits.

What I'm getting at is...if it was in single digits, it would more than likely have an 8 pt. cage in it, but it doesn't, so chances are it's still in the double digits.

Yep I know what you were getting at Nic..most likely it would have a 10 pt or better if it was in the single digits.

Where are you located in Va., cause next year in roughly May myself and my family are goin to Rural Retreat to visit my sister in-law and I will be trailoring down my Z so I can run it at Bristol......

Also NHRA requires a 10 pt. to run 10's now so 6 pt. 8 pt. that really doesn't matter cause he could be goin 9's it just means that he is not meeting the safety standards.

It's only an IROC if he decided to replace the original nose with a sport coupe's or an early Z's

Concering the original car, I saw that one for sale at Carlisle a few years back. It's a 9 second car. But as to whether or not the creator of this thread really owns it, that's another story.

Haha, KnightRider rules!!! That show is the main reason that I own my trans am. I wanted a black one, but I actually like white better on the 85-90 T/As. WhiteRider!!!

i like how the 2nd gen's mufflers are ALREADY flattened. That shot looks like it will hurt in about 1 second.
