These Ford Ranger are slow, I raced against my father 2000 Ranger a while back when I had a 89 V6 Firebird, I beat him so I think you will win...

I had a 2003 Ranger, 4x4 extended cab a while ago, mine was the 4.0L though. It was rated at 207 hp and 238 trq, i had true duals and k&n and could break the 15's with it. The 3.0L are rated something like 165 or so, they are dogs compared to the SOHC 4.0L you will SMOKE him. WIth my 4.0L i could tear up my buddies LG4 Ta though, just FYi.

The 4.0l have ***** for what they are, a single cab 2wd with the 4.0L will run 14.8 or so, so ive been told, not hard to believe with my times
