You should use more periods and commas. Beggining, middle, end, remember that.

And also, I don't agree w/ 82knightrider. Not all eclipses are pathetic. There is one here that runs a 12.6 in the 1/4. Its pretty sick, and I've seen it dust more than a few thirdgens. Not that I'm proud to break the news to ya.

Hey! I wasn't trying to be a dick. I was just saying that it would have been much easier to read, had there been commas and periods. Nothing against the guy, as far as spelling i don't care as long as I can read it. Take a chill pill man, Relax and take some constructive critisism. Nonetheless, I congratulated you.

I can guarantee hands down that my car would have wasted yours AFTER I blew the rings. We tested the copression and the numbers went like this. 160 / 145 / 105 / 60. It still smoked the tires in third gear on the way to my parents house (to do the swap) with that kind of compression, not to mention I was having a hard time keeping it on the road at the same time.

Ask and you shall receive, here is me racing my buddies moddified STi. Why all the smoke? I hadn't gotten it tuned yet. After I got it tuned I had 277 whp and 232 ft/lbs at the wheels. No need to PM you, if you're going to try and be a big man and call me out, I've got no problem letting you have it right here:

http://www.apexracingmedia.net/hai/Hung-vs-Stu.wmv

EDIT: The reason Pasky isn't impressed is because he probably doesn't realize that the camera car is doing 120mph at the end.

P.S. Let's remember who went off topic about this here.

Newbie brings up an important point in his PM to me. I was NOT flashing my hazards, that's just a result of the amateur camera boy. I'm not a ri cer.

That STi ran a 13.99 stock at Bandimere by the way. This was after he modded it.

You've got it backwards, no one's mediocre personalities can handle my sense of humor.

Hey, why don't you come to my house and help me finish my motor swap, I suck *** at working on stuff like that. I hate doing it, so it's just taking up 2/3 of my parents garage with the head off and more stripped bolts than I care to think of.

Hmmmmm, next meet im coming for sure, might make an extra trip to go give matt a hand with his swap again. Just depends when I have time, but definatley the march meet. Me and tristan are thinking of hitting the 1/4's by ourselves, 1/8 don't seem big enough. Your welcome to tag along if that goes through .

I'll run out of gear... and my car isn't 1/4 mile worthy yet, lol. But I'll definately be at the meet in March. Actually Zap, Barry and I are racing this weekend, I'll finally see what this little motor does on gas. I'm gonna throw in the bigger jets and go for 8 second 1/8 hopefully. Dunno what that equates to in the 1/4, but it's a heck of a lot faster than the 10.0 I ran last time out.

Damn think 8's are 13 second vehicles in the 1/4? What did you just do to it? Last I checked you had a mild cam 3.4 block and spraying a 150.

1501? Bwahaha, I wish it'd hold that much, it'd run low 13's all day on that much juice. The last run I made was without juice. I picked up over half a second with a cam swap, and these motors love nitrous or FI. I'm anticipating a 9.XX on motor this time out, and hopefully an 8 somthing on juice (50 or 80..we'll see). Everybody laughs at these motors untill they see the power they can make, they respond extremly well to certain things, and I've been lucky enough to match everything up well. As for how it sits now, it's just cam, longtubes, cut-out, and an open rearend..oh and the juice of course.

Yea but its not apples to apples

So not to rain on anyones parade but isn't that a WRX STi versus an Integra. The Integra would have the WRX in a drag race because it has the wieght transfer and lighter drive train. Also How much money did it take to make that 277 horses? Besides drag racing is nice and all but where is the skill involved with it. No prettier site in the world than a Z-28 In a perfect four wheel drift around the outside of those Acura Integra Type Rs.

Everything you said it wrong. The STi would waste me in just about any drag race because of 1) the drive train AWD, and 2) the drive train (the weight transfer is NOT in my favor at all.

No skill in drag racing? Spoken like a true amateur. How much did it cost me? Roughly about $3,000 in parts, for the 10,000th time.

Lastly? Drifting?
