ok well then answer the first question and take a guess or try and answer the second. or dont answer it at all. at least try with the first question
I don't know how fast a LO3 is. I drive a 91 5 speed Accord and can tell you that it is painfully slow. It probably runs a 19 second quarter mile up where I live, that's an 18 sec quarter mile down at sea level, does that help?
I bet I could put my car in the 14's for a $1,000 if I tried.

Your LO3 is faster and will respond better to mods. Some people can make cars faster with less money than the next guy. That part of the question is impossible to answer. I wouldn;t worry about his car until he has some form of a power adder.

Assumng this is some idiot who has a cold air intake, fart cannon and a wing AKA *****, well assuming yours is stock auto....you'll win.
Theres a guy at work I used to run in my 92 Rs. My only "mod" was a Flowmaster muffler, smog delete and a fiberglass 3in. cowl hood. Thsi dude at work has a 96 accord 5 speed. fart cannon strut tower brace and a CAI. I used to smoke him by like 4 cars or so no problem. I was peg legging too with 2.73's. Mine was a LO3/4L60 with 106xxx miles.
Take it for whats it worth but unless he has a motor swap of some sorts, he should be no problem for you....putting a power adder on the horrible motors the older Accords came with is pointless...their still gonna be slow. Now as for an 04 V6 Accord, they can get up and move...ask my buddy Chris in his 90 IROC 'Vert, he personally knows what the taillights look like
