What size Nos shot are you using?

An how long do you really think your engine is going to last with that Nos? LOL

yeah what have you done besides N0S? oh struts and a torque convertor. Your blasting the hell out of that 350 with the 150 shot, im not seeing a forged bottom end on that thing

a 150 shot is not alot and as long as it is not detonating he'll be good. u only need a forged bottom end if the cast bottom end can't take the power, i think the l98 can take 400 hp reliably.

im still running the stock torque converter. Thats what im still thinking about doing, along with some drag radials. I don't know if my motor is blessed or what. i bought the car with 80k and i started using full synthetic 5w-30 Mobil 1 oil, and i treat it with Duralube every other oil change. I think that offers some protection to my bottom end. There is all kinds of little details i did to get it to run so well that i learned from this site. i think the torque curve of the L98 along with some 4.10 gears really make this car move from the hole. Nitrous is not as scary as some ppl think. It's the easiest and cheapest way to make big power. It does get expensive filling the bottle all the time, but if you save it for the track it is well worth it.... just remember that all the little mods you do add up.
