well i finally beat something that i know has some power (somewhat)

This dudes been ripping around town in his 04 f150 with a blown 5.4 trying to race everything in sight.

Anyways...
At the first set of lights i didnt know it was him that pulled up so he blew right by me but at the second set we lined up. The take off was pretty much identicle and i just barely creeped away from him. thats pretty much the jist of it...

I think its not too bad an old school dieing 1974 350 with a couple small power adders and it just barely tops a brand new blown engine

Not bad at all. Those F150s with S/C run mid 14s. Not bad for a 74 spec motor.

K man enlighten me, how is it that your 350 is a 74' and your car is an 84? Is it a swap, do you have more than one car, or am I just an idiot. I'm sure the third one has alot to do with it but just explain that for me k?

Good Kill!

Even with a blower, the thing is trying to haul almost a full ton more than you.

I love when a F350 Turbodiesel rolls up thinking its the ****, and just gets walked.

Right on, I second the notion to keep killing fords!

Gotta watch them diesels... Seen a few in the 13s and you would never know it. Also that 5.4 truck with the SC is pulling a lot of weight, but it also has the potential of the Lightning which we can all say is a lot! Nice kill though!

Some diesels are fast.. there's all of maybe one around here. I raced one the other day.. I have no clue WHY he wanted to race, but he wouldn't stop revving and goosing his throttle at me.. LOL it ended quickly.

The blown motor in that F150 sounds like it has potential, but it takes a bit of work because of their weight. I wasted a stock lightning BAD the other night at the track, by almost a full second, with comparable 60 ft times. However on the same note, there's one driving around here with a 2.2L KB S/C. The blower is louder than the exhaust.

I never thought they did, I thought maybe he has another camaro that coulda been a '74. Lot's of people have more than one car on here but only list 1 F-body, so maybe he jsut didnt post the '74 camaro. but ya the swap makes sense, lol now that i look like such a genius.
