What about now?

I am GOING to swap my lo3 305 to a 350 l05 and cam it and headers 3" all the way back, injectors and stuff like that, also i'm going to install 3.73's. Should i be able to beat a 2004 Mustang v6?, a 2005 Hyndai Tiburon v6?, and a Scion tc? I've got beat by all but the mustang before,( i never even raced him yet) Any idea how i should fare?

Re: What about now?

I have no idea what a Hyundai Tiburon runs but with those mods I think you will beat the stang and you will destroy the scion, those things are slow. I know I beat both and my L05 has the stock cam.

Re: What about now?

You should be able to smoke all those cars no problem! Should be right on par with a stock L98 car if not a tad bit quicker. I wouldn't go too big with the cam if You plan on using the stock LO5 heads. They are the swirl port heads if i remember right. They're not optimal for high end hosepower. So shifting Your powerband up with a bigger cam might not be a good idea with those heads.

Re: What about now?

I have a 86 TA with a TBI 350 with headers and 3 inch cat back with a open air cleaner, the only thing quicker is anything faster than a 14.50. I will say, it ran better when i had not ragged on it for 5 years but it is still going pretty strong.
