82 Z28 vs late 70's monte

Spring is just around the corner, and my 454 will be in backed with a 700r4. My friends monte has a cammed 402 and a turbo 350. He has traction problems, so if I hook up should I take him?

I think a better question is where the hell are you going to register it if your in Milwaukee?

EDIT: I thought you had posted that it was a 92' like mine. I'll have to check out your car, but i'd need more specs on both cars to determine a better result. P.S. if you haven't guessed I'm from Milwaukee, too.

Unfortunately, not much. Went from stock tbi to carb, possibly a cam/head swap in the near future, but other than that it's stock, well taken care of 454.
