91 TA L98 VS 95 5.0

Just got the car out of the shop, fixed the surging idle problem on the car, computer, and all 8 injectors were bad. Got new injectors and computer in car today, me and my buddy raced back coming home, specs

1991 TA L98 stock, cold air intake, full magnaflow catback with electric cutout

1995 Mustang 5.0 convertible with built tranny shift kit with crappy shorty headers into true duals

We raced from a 20 roll, beat the mustang by 2 or a little more cars. next race 30 roll let him have the lower gear, my car still beat him when we backed off at about 100. Next race we started both started in 3rd gear on 40 roll, it was a dead even, had him by 1/2 a car until 100 he started creeping up on me then we let off.

If the car is beating 5.0s that puts a nice smile on my face

Coming soon though having the engine taken out and modding out the car so it will become a fully built tuned port, if the funds are there gonna swap to the first fuel injectors bigger tuned port system, and see what the car does against full length races against 4.6 2 valves.

I know my car beats the 4.6 up to about 80 mph, but thats giving the car everything its got, from a slow roll like 20, then after about 80 im dead.

What a big difference there is with brand new injectors.
