Should I have ran this time?

I ran a 14.5 in the 1/4 mile at route 66 speedway. I have a 350 with exhaust with 373 rear gears. The tires do need to be replaced but I heard people saying they have ran 14.2. I did advance my timing and before that I ran a 14.6 with 273 open rear end last year. It was 95 today with a heat index of 102 but Im wondering if anyone could help me.

aka I beat my friend in his 97 Mustang with 410s and a V8 haaaaaahaaaaaaa!

The heat will kill your times....it's just brutal out there right now.

What were your trap speeds?
