Who's ready for friday??

Just think, any of you who are going to see that fast and furious movie, all those ricers will get a boost of confidence after seeing that movie and feel that have the need to race us. It should be a fun filled night. In my town we are over run with ricers and a bunch of decked out mits, and hondas. Can't wait to see this night go down. whats your feelings?

well....i totally agree with you on that one. I wish i was ready though...my GTA started knocking terribly a few weeks ago, and i havent driven it since. I have a buyer for it, but the guy hasnt paid or picked it up yet. I was hoping to have my Camaro SS by then, but it looks doubtful. SO i've been drivin around my POS '79, so looks like i wont be racing any ricers friday night. I'll probably ride with my friend in his '95 Formula, then head up to the local street racin scene around midnight and whip up on some ricers there...God i miss my car

It will prove to be a lot of fun. I can't wait to see all the cars they have, should be a good laugh. I am thinking of yelling "Bull****!" when the charger flips and the ***** wins.

I am partially wanting to boycott that movie, but since a billion people will see it anyway, I'll prolly go. I'll just race a few ricers after in the parking lot.

Hey I agree that the movie might be a little more import based, and it might lack TRUE realizim....BUT!!!! I still can't wait to see it. It looks to be promising and its not all B.S. I was checking out the web site, and it lists the 1/4 mile times of the leading cars of the movie. The eclipse is a non turbo who spray a 100 shot, and pulls low 14's. Thats sounds about right, if only the motor could handle a shot like that. The Supra runs botom 11's (I've seen many that do, so thats believable) as for the Charger it also runs botom 11's. Despite in the movie trailers its got one of those beltless superchargers (gotta love hollywood!!!) But C'mon guys give the movie some credit here, so far I havent seen any scenes of civic's with intake and exhuast riping up a Corvette or anything like that. For a import based movie, it looks pretty tight.

Damn you lucky people, I'm going to see it but I'm going in my friends 97 Cobra w/straight pipes. My car is in the process of getting a whole new exhaust, headers just strapped in and the new custom y pipe goes on tommorow or sat. It's okay, the cobra is bad *** and I'm sure he'll eat a few rice patties before the days over, still looks like a cool movie tho because cars are going fast.

I'm not a *****, but the movie kicked a**!!!! You guys have to see it. The charger that gets wrecked is the best car in my opinion.

It may be lotsa rice rockets but it was still a sweet movie. Too bad about the charger/challenger/whatever it was. It wasn't total BS but i think how fast some of those cars were was a bit of a stretch, even with lotsa N20.

I thought the movie was cool, actually. so what if it was all ricers,it's about time they make more racing movies. the imports in this movie aren't one bit stock. the charger is actually the fastest car in the movie,it flips because it hits a truck (I hope that wasn't a real one!) it was very unrealistic, but who cares, it was decent for a pg-13 movie, then my girlfriend tried to take my keys and drive my car after the movie, stupid hoe, homey don't play that! no one tried to race me either.

I was waiting for some races, didnt get any stop light races though. I opened my cutout and drove to the movies and back driving WOT by a few cars, but they ddint race me, must have been scared.

Right after the movie some guy dropped his clutch and spun his tires even though a cop was right behind him, he was pulled over. Everyone was reving thier engines after the movie, but I think mine was the loudest.

ASSUMING ITS NOT SOLD OUT crap I should get tickets NOW if im going. I dont know if I should go though. SHOULD I?

Okay I saw the big rice movie. But I embarrassed the hell outta myself. I was looking for a parking spot and my car STALLED ON ME as I was turning into it. There were literally dozens of people around. When I started it back up a hugeass puff of black smoke came out the exhaust and went all over these girls! So I went around and parked on the other side

Plot was retarded, effects were decent, acting was pretty good, cars were stupid and exaggerated.

BTW my car stalled FOUR times today, wtf?
