I have a '91 305 TBI Caprice on the lot with 93k, old lady owned, etc. Well, I had never driven a 305 TBI before, so I took it out, and it felt slower than HELL!!! I think my RS could eat it.

I have a '91 Firebird 305 TBI auto coming in on trade in a few weeks, and I was thinking about swapping my RS for it. I am hoping it is way quicker than this Caprice...I would assume it is. Anyone know the weight difference???

A caprice has gotta be a 4,000+ lb vehicle. My lincoln LSC coupe weighs just about 4,000lbs and that's a 2 door car with a lighter motor. That caprice is a big heavy boat and with a TBI 305 it's slow as all hell.
