I need an estimate

Hi everyone. I have a question about my quarter times. First off, I have an 87 IROC with the 305 tpi. My quickest run the first time around was a 16 flat down the track at mid 80s. The car has thhad no mods on it and it was running on 7 and a half cylinders cause of low compression on one of the cylinders. Since then, I have fixed the low compression ($5 dollars of machine work ), put a flowmaster muffler on, gutted the cat, put on roller rockers, removed the air management system, an air foil, and put in done home ram air. All this with 2.73 gears in the back. I have a bet goin with a friend of mine. He says that I will run in the mid to upper 15s, I say lower, Like Low 15s to high 14s. Who is right? What do you guys think my times will be. Also, I plan on putting in the Accell 300+ ignition system and some shortie headers. How much will that improve my time. Sorry for the post being long. Thank you for the info!!

Without the headers I'd say mid 15's, no way for 14s, without headers and other mods.
The muffler and other little mods probably knocked off .2 and fixing the cylinder maybe another .1 or so.
